Casa Ojai Inn

We had a nice stay here a few months back. We accidentally double booked the reservation from two separate email accounts and only realized it the day before. Thankfully Trilby at the front desk cancelled the duplicate reservation despite us being past the 48 hour cutoff! The hot tub was nice and the location a perfect launch pad for enjoying downtown restaurants and shops.

Staffs super nice and friendly and helpful :) we loved our stay Rooms: Nice room. Beds a bit too soft but that might be personal preference

Front desk staff were kind but not trained. The rooms smelled old, there was no soap in shower for 2 of our rooms. Asked to have fresh linens in the am, linens delivered but they did not pick up the soiled linens that were lying in one pile on the floor, or empty the basket next to the soiled linens. I had to ask for more coffee which was delivered without cream or sugar or a fresh cup. Walkability: Very easy walk into town

Stayed here with family and kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Room was nice and continental breakfast was good. A bit pricey for what you get but still better than other options.
