Rented a 10ft Uhaul at 4pm, selected pick up at 4:15pm. Arrived at 4:16 and was out the door by 4:26 with keys in hand. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would recommend and will use again if needed!

Worst Uhaul location to rent from! I have rented several times in the last 5 years from other locations with no problems. My rental truck was not cleaned after the previous renters. There was trash and cigarette ashes everywhere, the back was not swept out, and the cab was sticky from spilled drinks. I was also charged for fuel even though my photos matched up with their levels. The salesperson John was not helpful and told me to call Uhaul. This was a very frustrating transaction!

DON'T RENT FROM THIS LOCATION - Don't believe them when you get a reservation. Less than 24 hours from my pick up time/date - I get a call telling me I have to go to another location to get a truck. When I have paid people to come at a specific time and this is a further location and not convenient - and I even have to pay for the extra miles. DON'T USE THE OCEANSIDE BLVD LOCATION

Came in just for a stamp not too personable because I was hot, cashier was super polite even complemented my (ROSS) sweater. Stars
