From start to finish, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. They promptly assisted us with the rental process and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. The truck itself was in excellent condition. It was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when we arrived. We appreciated that it was fully fueled, saving us the hassle of having to refuel before returning it. What impressed me the most was the affordability of the rental. We were pleasantly surprised by the low rate we were charged, especially considering the quality of service and the condition of the vehicle.
