Red Carpet Pet Grooming

We LOVE this groomer! Knowledgable, skilled, and George is always very happy when we pick him up! We had an experience when something small was missed in the grooming , but when we brought it up they fixed it right away for free. We love a business that takes accountability!

I dont like making reviews but after hearing about what happened with my wife at this establishment I couldnt stand by and not warn people. Idk what makes it okay for someone to think they can scream at a customer for walking into the store. Ive never heard of a more unprofessional business in my life, I was concerned when I saw some of the reviews saying this business is bad at communicating but it was far worse than what I could have imagined. Miscommunication was the least of our concerns, my wife was treated extremely poorly by who we thought may have been the owner. After the screaming incident and being told she wasnt allowed to come back until my dogs were done, my wife was concerned but was told it would be 20 minutes until they were finished, the timeline changed to an extra 45 minutes to an hour, and my wife just wanted to get the dogs back. She asked a total stranger to support her to avoid confrontation and just get them returned home. She was still met with very rude comments and was still trying to keep the dogs to finish the job. Im not surprised it was going to be expensive but forcing my wife to tip is very unprofessional and rude. I dont recommended anybody to take their dogs here or to even walk into the door. Edit: Another thing that I think is very unprofessional is that your argument is calling my wife a liar, and to think Im greedy enough to take a discount over leaving a bad review just shows how your character is. You have the ideal of Im always right, I could not possibly do anything wrong. I left a bad review because of the way you were treating customers, belittling them is not what I would call having a professional attitude. My review is staying because it was the truth of what happened a discount bribe is not going to take it down.

I never leave reviews good or bad. But people should known not to take their fur babies here. I got my dog groomed here & the owner (Im assuming) was very hostile from the beginning. After feeling uneasy with my dog being in her possession, I went back in there to get my dog. The moment I walked in she started raising her voice and telling me I was not allowed to be in there nor text or call while my dog was in her possession. This was an immediate red flag. After stating my concerns, she began to yell, telling me my dog was not dry and I needed to leave the parking lot and go sit by the beach until my dog was dry. When I proceeded to tell her I would wait in my car, her frustration grew. This was another red flag. She spent all of 25 minutes grooming my dog and charged a over $250. Mind you, my dog looks almost exactly the same as when I brought him in. My dog is like a family member and I have never felt so unsafe leaving my dog with a groomer. This is not someone who should be in the pet business.
