image I was really impressed with the craftsmanship of this handgun vault. I received my vault in just a few days after I placed my order. Everything you need is included in order to mount it anywhere, under the bed, on a wall, on a desk, in a car, etc. I also bought the ammo vault, it is a perfect combo for the gun vault. I am extremely satisfied.

image This Review is not for the product itself, but for the horrible customer service. My GF purchased this item for me for my birthday after calling and speaking with Matt and having him answer a few questions he assured her it would work for what I needed it for. I received the item for my birthday a few weeks later, (I had no idea about the gift) but unfortunately it didn't fit what I needed it for and so I reached out to Matt to inquire about returning the item. He seemed nice and said he remembered speaking to my GF and asked me for the invoice number and a few questions about why I wanted to return the item, informed me there was a restocking fee etc. I said no problem, what do I need to ship it back for the refund? Matt then asked me a few more questions via email, then we went to phone calls, to text messages. After going back and forth a few days and continuously getting new questions from Matt every time I answered his last ones about why I wanted to return the item, I finally asked him if he was going to return the item or not. Matt then came back with since its been over 15 days and I wasn't the original purchaser; the return policy says he can't return the item. Seriously, Matt knew that information when I first reached out to him, he could have saved us days of back and forth if he led with that. I then asked, ok can I exchange the item and just pay the restocking fee. Matt said no and I quote "if you don't want the item, you can try to sell it on eBay to get your money back"! Seriously? Some great customer service. I suggest buying from someone else because while the product seems to be of good quality if you have any problem all you will get is run around and the headache isn't worth it. Go buy from someone who backs their product and what they tell people.

In response to your reply since there isn't a way for me to respond to your response. First its not my product, its yours. I was simply looking to return or exchange the item for something I could use. Second, my gf was right next to me when I spoke to you on the phone and her name was on the invoice and was the original purchaser which I told you when we first spoke. That is when you started asking why I wanted to return the product and informed me there was a restocking fee. In regard to your comment about me "threatening you with a negative review" it was ACTUALLY you Matt, who made the suggestion on the phone that if I was unhappy with the outcome I could write a review. Also to be clear, I am in no way saying anything bad about your product. What I am giving the bad review is your customer service.

image I couldn't get my Titan Compact Pistol Vault open. After calling Titan I became aware that it was working correctly and I had simply forgotten my combination. After working for hours trying different possible combinations from my memory I surrendered and called back. Titan was extremely helpful and instructed me how to open it although it would destroy part of the lock, I did so and it worked perfectly. Then when I tried to buy the needed part, they sent it to me at no charge!!! Great product, works perfectly with the security cable behind the passenger seat of my car. Great design and workmanship. And to top it off GREAT SERVICE. Thanks Titan. Highly recommended.

image The compact vault fits the Sig P365 perfectly !!
I don't believe you could find a better made pistol vault wonderful company to deal with I would recommend this to anybody, big plus it's California department of justice approved this is the only way legally to transport your firearm in California.
Thank you Titan for a wonderful product.
