Chevron Oceanside

Locked in Bathroom - think twice before using this Chevron station - employees and management have no regard for their customers. This evening the mens bathroom lock broke and I was trapped inside for 45 minutes. The employee behind the counter took a minute to try and open the door and when it wouldnt open the employee called the manager who hung up after saying there is nothing I can do. Then the employee went back to helping customers and ignored my situation. My wife took action and called the fire department. The Oceanside Fire Department are my heroes - somehow they were able to move the deadbolt and get me out. When I was leaving the employee would not acknowledge me so I went out of my way to say cant I even get an Im sorry. I will find another gas station to give my business to. I am usually not a complainer, but I thought you all had to hear this.

This store is not 24 hrs. Its is barely 18 hrs as they close from 1-5am.
