Pedro is fast, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. Last winter, our furnace broke down, and he came hours within talking to me and got our home heated. For the past six years, our air conditioner has been dead, we have had other people look at it, saying that it could not be fixed and need replacement. Pedro looked at as he was leaving, got it to work temporarily, and said to call when summer started. Six months later, Pedro showed up, made a few minor adjustments, and saved us $6,000 from not having to buy a new AC unit.
