DO NOT come here, they ruined my hats after dry cleaning them and if you are military they will ruin your uniforms. They play dumb like they are not responsible for the damage. Service: Laundry wash & fold

If you dont care that your items will get lost & the excuse given is sorry weve been busy but it happens then this is the place for you! I dropped off 3 of my Ralph Lauren mens dress pants & to make a long story short I left with only 2 of my pants because they possibly put it with another customers belongings & expect me to wait in hopes it will be returned!
Do not waste your time here, PLS listen to the reviews & go elsewhere! Im sure its way better & youre clothes wont get lost or given away on accident!!!!

Warning: a bit long but worth the read
This is usually our go-to but after today it no longer is or will be! We had dropped off a red Nike hooded sweater, brand new only wore once and when we went to pick-up there was black stain marks all over the front, on both arm sleeves and hoodie section. The lady asked me to come back Monday (today) to speak with the mgr to see about accommodating us for the sweater either store credit or see what our options are since they could not remove the stains as theyve already tried. As we are waiting while she is speaking with the owner, all we see is the owner shaking his head saying no no no.
The owner walks to the front upset and tells me that it is not their fault because the type of sweater I brought in. He stated the Nike logo is what caused it to leak all over my sweater. I go excuse me this is not the first Nike sweater weve brought (mind you Ive brought in a gray and black sweater same exact kind) He said no our policy clearly states any material with that type of logo leaks is not their fault. I said sir this was a brand new sweater not understanding the leak part but if you knew it would leave marks why would you take my sweater. He was firm did not offer any accommodations for their mess-up and totally was blaming us for bringing that sweater to them. I was upset it wasnt even about the accommodation at that point but his deliverance! He was so firm to blame us and basically didnt care. I took back my other items I was planning on dropping off and told him respectfully well I will not be coming here anymore. He just kept saying its not their fault its the type of sweater we brought and brand etc and when I asked to see where in the policy it specifically states that he just kept saying no its not our fault!
I would totally star them 0 but I gave 2 stars because the nice woman working the front was always so nice and welcoming to us! Him as a manager though needs to practice his customer service skills!

I was their customer for 17 years. The business sold out to another owner. Quality of laundry and dryclean went downhill. The worst part they lost 4 dress shirts of mine that i gave back to them for redo. After a month of back and forth they offered to pay $40 total, although they promised to compensate me $160 initially if they were not able to locate the shirts. $40 all I got. The new owner is dishonest and has no ethics. Please avoid them, you will have less headach somewhere else. They will never get my or my family and friends business. I will also publish my story in our community newsletter. Services: Clothes pressing, Laundry pick-up
