I don't know how to even start except to say, if ANYONE decides to do any kind of business with Shan Dry Cleaners. BEWARE. We had a simple alteration done on my daughter's expensive wedding dress. When she got it back and tried it on, we couldn't believe what the seamstress did to the dress. The back seam was entirely off center, the gathering was all puffed up and stuck out and to top if off, they were never suppose to cut the crocheted lace but fold it in. Now because they cut the lace, we took it to 3 different seamstresses and no one could help us. They were appalled at the alteration. Now to make it worse, I tried an entire day to get ahold of the owner, Luke. Everytime I called they gave me another excuse of why he wasn't there. They would say call back at 3, so I did. Then they would say call back at 4, so I did. Then they just started hanging up on me every time I called and I was being nice to them! Then when I finally got ahold of the owner, Luke, he was darn right rude, talked over me, didn't listen and said bring it in and I will fix it...are you kidding me? I just wanted a refund, that's it. He refused and hung up on me. Keep in mind, I never raised my voice or was harsh with him at all. I don't know how he can even sleep at night. I have never submitted a negative review until now.

Very reasonable prices for even reasonable quality! Alterations are great and quick service. Very nice employees and overall awesome business.
