This is the worse place to ever live!! The ladies in the office are Never there so that means the office is Never open! I keep catching rottens in my house coming from under the dishwasher! When I started to complain they stop accepting my rent and is now trying to evict me, all because they dont want to deal with anything! I will never recommend anyone to move here, I regret it ever day Now Im stuck trying to reach there corporate office which the ladies in the office claim they dont have one!!!

Came to visit the property because Im looking to relocate a little bit north, I was amazed by the service at the office. Elizabeth was able provide me with a lot of information, she was very kind and answered all my questions. Thank you!

If you want to move in... goodluck. You won't only be paying for rent but for double trash and DOUBLE everything. From one day to another they will add more to your bills, parking used to be $5 now it's $100! They "renovated" and added $1000+ to rent. Not only that, people (there's more) have been evicted... single mothers too. Just to make rent even more expensive. They will lock you out of your account so you don't pay and leave, if you don't speak English... she will be even more disrespectful to you. Family's & single mothers having to leave from one day to another because of this manager we have. She will even lie and say she has you demanded... just to get you to leave. Youll probably end up leaving in a couple of months too because they wont tell you how much you are going to ACTUALLY pay. Welcome to stone arbor!
