        This place is nothing but a pig with lipstick. Slumlords. No ac, bathroom heaters in the living room and bedroom. Mice poo everywhere. I paid 200.00 to have mesh covering holes undersink. Sunrise management cares nothing for the elderly people who live there. Smoking is allowed in apartments I've never seen so many people move in and out! No parking. Sunrise management and President/CEO Joe Greenblatt should be ashamed of how this property is and how it is being mangeded. It's unfit for human beings. Was

        A great place and location to every service useful supermarket, drugstore fast food walking distance to the beach if you need it, it close, a good place to really retire from the everyday concerns of life, bus and metro service a short walk away.
