If I could give this place -0 stars I would. These folks are racist, discriminatory and flat out heartless. They harass people who live here for petty reasons. Dont allow family visitors at the pool and serve notices to vacate out of the blue when youve done absolutely nothing. Dont get settled here because once they want to make more profit off your unit they ask you to vacate. Ive never wished bad upon anyone until I met these people they are wolves in sheeps clothing and do not care even an ounce about peoples livelihoods. Karma is a b. Shame on you disgusting people. Youve been warned.

Super special. They helped us being new to CA. Departments that adapt to the budget. Super safe if you have children. Mrs. Veronica, a great human being. Like every place there are rules to respect and that sometimes makes Latinos uncomfortable, you have to educate yourself and respect .

Beware of these apartments my cousin lives here and her apartment was broken into while they were sleeping and there car stolen several neighbors experienced same theft I recently visited my cousin to drop of sone items for Christmas to send to Mexico and placed a visitors parking pass on my window and parked reverse to unload the items I brought my cousin I got a warning orange note saying do not park reverse subject to towing really ? I wasn't even parked 30 minutes Why not focus on improving the safety of its tenants by placing cameras and security fences or show some concern rather than this stupidity management is extremely rude and disrespectful towards tenants treating them like there not hardworking people very bad feeling when I visit never feels safe.

The reviews are bad for a reason , I warned you. they don't care about their residents and treat them like crap.
