Late for initial appointment (more than an hour) despite confirming with two different people the day before; as other reviews have noted, they seem more interested in offering you financing than a bid.

Regarding the missed appointment, our representative called to confirm the appointment as he was on his way, but we understand your decision to cancel. He would have arrived within the time window provided by the office.

I cant recommend Citywide Roofing enough. We needed to reside our home after discovering the original siding on our home had failed. After a few months of heartache trying to find some help (no shows, no call backs, absurd quotes, etc.) we lucked out when Idan Arbiv showed up at our door.
Idan and his team were very professional, informative, and helpful throughout our whole exterior renovation. The entire process took about three weeks, but our home is now beautiful, watertight, and weatherproof. My family and I couldnt be happier with the end result!
