I have worked in property management for years, and this is by far the worst roofing company I have ever dealt with. The roof they built only a few years ago is already falling apart and leaks everywhere, in general, a careless and messy job. Avoid this company, trust me.

Roofing Logistics is exceptional!  They do quality work and are easy to work with throughout the entire process.  No matter how simple or complex the job, they get it done - and its always done well!  I have worked with Jose and his team on multiple properties over the years, and he always does a great job.  I am always informed of the status and progress of all roofing projects, and I am always provided with expert advice and recommendations to prevent future problems and enhance the longevity of roofs.  This comprehensive and preventable approach, combined with detailed photos and solid expert advice makes Roofing Logistics real professionals.  Jose and his team are always reliable, and they truly honor the 10-year warranty.  Roofs are essential to any home and building, and I would trust Roofing Logistics, Jose, and his team to protect any roof.  Roofing Logistics deserves 5+ stars!

I knew our roofing and deck project was going to be complex due to the vast amount of externally visible dry rot and water damage we had but I had no idea how pervasive the damage was until we started the job.  After the work started we saw we had extensive dry rot under the siding in most walls of the building that went from the ground to the roof (3 stories!).Roofing Logistics was extremely detailed in discovering many large-scale water issues we had and in the repair. I am very grateful for that detail, otherwise years from now the dry rot issues and leaks could return and cost us even more money! I formed a great relationship with the owner of Roofing Logistics and appreciated when he pointed out non-roofing issues that needed repair. Roofing Logistics never pressured me to fix or "buy more" of anything - they just wanted me to know. I saw another Yelper that was upset by this but why would you replace your roof if you're not going to fix other big issues that could let water in like our incorrectly installed windows and other things? I don't understand that. The quality of Roofing Logistic's work is impeccable and they were a pleasure to work with. They were available all times of the night if an issue arose and were extremely responsive via text. We had unexpected charges for our job but honestly, the final job with the roof + the deck (another contractor) came in under our highest bid for both jobs. I think it was very reasonable when you factor in the difficulties that arose in repairing our building. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work done by Roofing Logistics, and the team has been very easy, even pleasurable, to work with. However, I really don't like how the cost of our project unfolded over time. We got three bids on our project, and Roofing Logistics was the middle one, much closer to our lowest bid than to the highest. But the final cost of our roof ended up being more than double their original bid.When I used to do construction, we would bid jobs as either time + materials, or quote a fixed cost. With the latter, we would pad our bid to cover expected risks. If we didn't run into many problems, then that money was basically a bonus, but in many cases, dealing with problems exceeded our padding, and we made less money than projected.Anyway, Roofing Logistics protects themselves with change orders. In other words, they give you fixed cost bid, and then they charge time + materials for any additional work required to deal with problems they run into. In our case, the cost of the change orders significantly exceeded their original bid, which seems upside down.All of this is a long way of saying you should be cautious with Roofing Logistics. They do good work, but I would try to negotiate upfront on how to deal with change orders - e.g. ask them to cap the cost, or provide a rigorous risk assessment upfront.
