It's been a dream working with Ben's Roofing for professional services (outside of roof repairs), and it's been an outstanding company all around. As a Notary Public, I work with many homeowners and I would have no issue recommending their service to my clients.

This is fraud business. They work with HOAs and defraud owners. They investigated a skylight for me, found crack and put up a tarp. They charged me $370 for this. The same service when I enquired with another vendor was $75. They rip off the owners in concert with HOA management company. They are fraud. The cost of this inspection was 25% of the cost of the entire installation done by another company and the cost of inspection and fix from them was $75 if I had gone with them. HOA used this company and this company is a rip off fraud. Many honest and better options out there, but not this one.

In normally dont like to write bad reviews, but as a business owner myself i would like to be known when im in the wrong. I reached out to Bens Roofing for a quote for a commercial building, its a very big project. I was thrown back when he stated it would take a week and half to get a estimate back. I respected it and followed up a day before the deadline. His response was that he was going out for a week then it would take him an additional week to prepare an estimate. After i explained that the customer was waiting he simply said they have moved on to other projects. This is not a professional way of handling potential customers. I have added our email correspondence to show any other potential customer what they are getting. This is being fully transparent and hopefully the owner will change his ways. im sorry but it doesn't take 3-4 weeks to prepare an estimate. so please do better and make it right for future customers. Ill be more then happy to give an opportunity to redeem themselves by being professional.
