Otto has been our go to guy for all our building projects from a 2nd Floor addition to earthquake bracing and garage conversion, he has also been willing to take on some of the smaller repairs as well. He has taken care of us over the last 25 years and He has our vote of confidence and recommendation.

I have used this contractor for over 20 years He first remodeled my kitchen, and I was impressed how detailed he was, making sure everything was level. Next I had him build a free standing 2 car garage and work on projects at an apartment. I still call him for all the small jobs that come up over the last 20 years. I have never had a problem with any of his work and trust him to help me make the right choices that come up during a project.
