        I dropped off two boxes return my orders. One of them got scanned. One is losing and doesn't scan. Is that lost or stolen? Idk. Nobody gives me an answer. If they don't scan they should send back to my address on the label. But nothing.

        The postal workers here are always efficient and friendly. Im so glad we have a Post Office in our neighborhood. Everyone depends on it!

        No matter how many times I go in there and I try to be so nice to these people they still are rude to me no matter what I mean I just don't know what be going on in their minds but they are just mean

        Staff is rude, lazy and incompetent. I asked them to hold a package and not mail it as there was something suspicious about the address/location and they couldnt issue a refund that day because they closed the register. They pulled the package and said to come back the next day. I came back and was told by the same person that pulled the package that they sent it outpaid 94$ for shipping and was told I couldnt get a refund bc they sent it out and they can only issue same day refunds WHICH I TRIED TO GET and they denied me.
