Pizzetta Geraldine

Absolutely love this perfect pizza pie at Ghosttown on the weekends. I am very picky about pizza as a former NYCer and this is my favorite one in the East Bay. I had a margherita with perfect pepperoni scoops on half. The dough was the perfect amount of chewy and saltiness. Looking forward to returning soon!

We attended the pop-up event at Novel Brewing & the pizza was amazing! We ordered the Funghi pizza and the Salchicha. The crust was was both crispy, soft and chewy. My favorite always the Funghi pizza. The mushrooms and the cheese were so fresh and flavorful. I would say that this is the best thin crust pizza I've ever had, far better than Cheeseboard.

Tried this pizza pop up at Novel Brewing yesterday. Loved the Fungi pizza. It was really flavorful.  I would definitely order two of those next time I get a chance.

I love this pop up. I go every week. Super fun and unique pizza ideas. Hand made Gluten free crust!! That's good and fluffy!! BYO wine and sit out on the patio. So excited for this new addition to the neighborhood.

Pizzetta Geralidine is a wood-fired pizza pop-up inside Shakewell on Mondays (yelp.com/biz_photos/pizz…). Their website only has dates in January so not sure if this will be continuing regularly after.Short menu (yelp.com/biz_photos/pizz…) - that last pizza changed from 1/3 to 1/10 to a Lebanese pizza. They have indoor seating or outdoor in Shakewell's parklet (yelp.com/biz_photos/pizz…)I tried the Calabrian as a take & bake (yelp.com/biz_photos/pizz…) which was just OK. The centers of my crust was not fully cooked and probably user error maybe exacerbated by finishing it the next day and sitting in the fridge?The Salsiccia, which I got fully baked, was much better (yelp.com/biz_photos/pizz…) though the Calbarian chilis packed more heat than I was expecting!Moral - leave the baking to the pros?Worth checking out. Call in to order.
