My son was rear-ended back in November 2023. He was injured and taken off work until last week. The case is still not settled and he has lost everything because he has had no income. I don't understand why it's taking so long to settle this case. From what I do understand it won't be much so he's just screwed!

Please stay away from this place its a huge scam connected with chiropractors they know to keep the money flowing & then they dont fight for you to get the most & you get even less than you would have gotten if you had just settled on your own with the insurance directly. Oh gosh. Something wrong? DONT CALL ANNE PHOONG! PS! They remove real reviews from real clients if they are bad! Do your research please!

I thought I was making a good choice by hiring Phoong Law since they have good reviews on yelp and google. However, don't make the same mistake and look elsewhere! To keep this as short as possible, they completely deceived me and from reading other reviews I'm not the only one. I was told multiple times that I would not be responsible for any medical bills. Received a call today from 2 people I had never spoke to previously that they would be dropping my son's case even though they took the case obviously informed of all the details. I had multiple questions where the insurance claim stands currently. The 2nd person I spoke with was so extremely rude having to answer my questions. It was the first time I experienced that when talking to who was handling my case and I wasn't even sure why.. of course I have questions. When I again mentioned medical bills to her, I now am not getting a straight answer. The answer I always received when asking that question previously now today they would not confirm and admit to telling me. Multiple times they told me, no I would not be responsible for any medical bills. They communicated a lot through text and I again asked if I would be responsible because I decided I would not take that risk if so. I clearly have text messages that state I will not be responsible but now talking to them today they can't give me a straight answer and pretty much steared around having to answer. Basically completely lied to me.. I guess what did I expect from attorneys. Hire honest legal representation and Phoong Law is not in my experience. Honestly if they would of called me today to inform me they were dropping my sons case but were happy to answer my questions and reassured me any bills are not my responsibility, I would of been fine accepting that.

Anhi was very helpful for my case. When I first called, she listened to what happened and my concerns. Immediately she knew if it was a case they could accept and help me with. She was very communicative and quickly responsive to my emails. It took a little over a year to close my case. However, that was because I needed treatment and there was pushback from the other person's insurance that had hit me. But Anhi was persistent in getting me what I deserved for my claim. And ultimately, we came to a settlement we all agreed on which I was satisfied with. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.
