Spent 20 minutes hearing my case only to tell me theyre not taking any new cases, seems like they could have said that before wasting my time. I wouldnt work with anyone that lies like that, and the staff was rude as well putting me on hold over and over again while in the middle of a conversation.

Misleading and disrespectful to patient/clients needs. They act only based on their ego and financial needs. Accepted our child birth injury case, misguided us to dropping part of our lawsuit with the fake assurance that they were filling on date our case. They have lost the dates and because of that they, after living to us for almost 2 years that they were acting on our behalf, they decided to drop our case for no reason. Now we are left with our child needing assistance, with dates to file cases passed and lost because of their incompetence. Dont trust fagel Law for anything. Bad people, bad attorneys! Never trust them with your case

Five years, Id been taking and paying for the wrong medication. Five years! And its caused untold amounts of damage to my physical health and wellbeing. You best believe I looked for a lawyer the minute another doctor flagged the problem. Piece of advice, get you some lawyers who have seen it all and know how to handle a case like this. Dr. Fagel was the first lawyer I asked who didnt act like I was blowing things out of proportion. He took up my case and went through everything with a fine-toothed comb! He even pointed out kore issues that I didnt think of! His medical background lets him see things that regular lawyers wont. I am now absolutely more confident in my case, and just speaking to him, or his team reassures me that there is hope. He is fighting for my health as hard as I am, and hes changed the way I fight for my patients right now. Ive recommend him to just about everyone I talk to, letting them know that we cant just let doctors get away with this!
