Dr. Amy and her team helped me during a health crisis to get me back online. I wish more women had doctors like Dr. Amy in their corner who deeply understand women's health and what is needed after we turn 40. I think you would enjoy working with her and discovering what your body needs to de-stress and feel optimal again.

Dr. Claire Graser and the Women's Vitality Center have been a godsend! I honestly can't say enough positive things! Dr. Claire and Dr. Amy Day were incredibly patient and supportive during a particularly stressful time in my life. I was referred to the Women's Vitality Center while dealing an overwhelming women's health issue, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my progress and the overall experience. I met with Dr. Claire twice a week for a month and a half, and I honestly looked forward to our appointments. She is an amazing ND who immediately put me at ease. Highly recommend!

Three years into perimenopause as my cycles began to be more irregular, I was completely distraught with almost every imaginable perimenopause symptom in full throttle (heat flushes at night, debilitating adrenal fatigue, cognitive decline, etc.) I could barely function and felt like I was losing my body and my mind. I found the Women's Vitality Center (WVC) through online research, joined their membership program and my life changed for the better. With WVC's incredible expertise, knowledge, oversight and guidance, I started taking more targeted supplements coming directly from their recommended lab and cortisol testing and then got on their prescribed regimen of hormone replacement therapy (HRT). I also gained an incredible awareness of how my diet was impacting my life and I am a healthy person; I was eating a good diet but not for my changing body any longer. I needed to learn how to have a balanced protein, fiber and fat diet with every meal because it directly impacts my energy, stamina and sleep patterns in this new mid-life paradigm. Still in the process of undergoing change, WVC has been able to modify my HRT prescriptions as needed and help me adapt to my changing body to the point where I have energy and improved sleep. I feel so much better and in control even when things naturally slip out of control with the constant hormone fluctuations. I feel supported and not terrified by what my body is experiencing. I feel healthier and happier adapting to my body and what it needs with their help.

The Women's Vitality Center has been a life changer! I began getting perimenopause symptoms, including heavy bleeding and cramping causing fibroids, and was receiving very little support from my health provider. The fibroids weren't even identified initially - instead of suggesting an ultrasound, I was told I needed a biopsy, which was incredibly painful. After receiving results that suggested I had polyps and without checking my hormones, I was given canned responses about what birth control and surgery I needed. I went ahead with the surgery, during which they found fibroids, only to find a few months later it had not produced any results. The truth was I was uneducated about my body and what happens during the perimenopause stage, and didn't know the level at which I needed to advocate for myself with my health provider. Then I found The Women's Vitality Center through a mentor I had spoken to about my symptoms, and everything changed. First, Dr. Jennifer Henry and Coach Jennifer listened to what I had been feeling and validated my experience. After a lifetime of being told we as women are expected to deal with pain and tough it out, it was eye opening to receive that immediate emotional support. They quickly began educating me on what was happening to my body, and have continued to do so throughout this journey. Dr. Henry had me get my hormones and blood tested, identifying key factors that were affecting my symptoms. She was patient with my hesitancy as we navigated trying different supplements to reduce my symptoms. She helped me learn how I needed to navigate through my health care provider to address my symptoms in a more impactful way, while getting as many services as possible covered by my provider to reduce the financial impact. At her suggestion, I requested and received an ultrasound, which showed I had a large fibroid. I then requested and received an MRI to understand how submucosal the fibroid was and the likely outcome of the same surgery I had already had. I learned about the many options I had to address it, and sought out multiple specialists through my health provider so I fully understood all my options and potential outcomes, with Dr. Henry communicating with me the entire way. Although I was addressing the same issue, I was no longer uneducated and unsupported in my decision making process. I ended up seeking out a specific surgeon and had the same type of surgery but with far more communicated and successful results. Not only was 98% of my large fibroid removed, I was also getting supplement support to keep the fibroid from growing back. My period immediately improved, and within three months of the surgery my body was back to pre-fibroid bleeding with far less cramping. This is after almost two years of symptoms, I couldn't believe it! Beyond addressing acute issues I was having, Dr. Henry and Coach Jennifer have helped me with my digestion and overall health to ensure navigating through perimenopause and beyond will not be a confusing mystery, with my specific needs addressed as any symptoms arise. Dr. Amy Day has stepped in whenever requested by Dr. Henry to advise. All of the staff I've worked with have felt approachable and attentive to me as an individual. I look forward to continuing to work with them all as my body continues to go through changes as it ages. The concept is far less daunting now that I have The Women's Vitality Center in my corner. I highly recommend the Center to all women+!

I have been a patient of Dr Amy and Dr Jenn for years now. They're knowledgable, kind, supportive, and focused on helping me to feel the best I can possibly feel. Before finding the WVC, I had severe hormone imbalances (due to premature ovarian failure) that left me feeling terrible. Once I was under the care of Dr Amy and Dr Jenn, and was finally prescribed the right therapies of bioidentical hormones and supplements, I felt like myself again. Not only that, they continually make sure that my health is optimal through periodic lab tests and check-in appointments. I'm grateful for their care and highly recommend their services to any woman seeking hormone balance and optimal health.
