Ive visited a lot of 24 Hour Fitness locations, and this is a weak link in their chain. They never run the heat in winter, so it freezing. And they simply havent replaced the dumbbells as people steal them.

This place is disgusting, I seriously doubt they clean it regularly, paper towels are always out, and staff don't really seem to care about anything other than sitting at the counter on their phone. Also when it comes to people who go it's just as bad, no one reracks their weights, have to go searching around the gym for dumbbells because they are scattered everywhere and people just leave their trash laying around. This is the worst gym I've ever been to.

Too bad its a good gym but its not open 24 hours and recovery from COVID like a lot of Oakland but Im happy to go when I cant go to a super gym like. El Cerrito! I hope it gets better! I have been a member over 20years .Staff is super nice thanks
