RGym

Love this gym! Sachiko and Jenny are great trainers. Sachikos past and present experiences have given her the amazing ability to personalize her training sessions to meet her clients needs. From senior citizens (me) with scoliosis to the young athletes. She is well organized and fun to work with. I credit my improved physical abilities to Sachiko and RGym. The Gym is kept very clean, the equipment is well serviced, there is ADA access and the ENTIRE staff is just great!

I had a wonderful experience at RGym!! I joined for a short time during an extended visit and it was exactly what I needed. I actually packed some of my own equipment (because thats what I do at my home gym) but this was not needed at all! While this is a small gym, is has EVERY accessory you could want. Even during the busier times. I could find a way to do the exercises I needed. The gym is extremely clean, has plenty of ways to wipe down equipment, and everyone cleans up after themselves. The best part of the gym is the staff. The owner, Shirley, is one of the most cheerful and welcoming people Ive met. I had wonderful interactions with her entire team. Thanks RGym! I cant wait to come back for my next visit!

Edited: Yup, sorry must have mixed up with the other gym reviews I was writing. Anyway RGym is a decent size fully equipped gym located strategically near Rockridge Bart. Easily commutable with plenty of other cafes and restaurants around. Equipped with enough thread mills, ellipticals, cycling machines and weights section for regular daily workouts or book some PT time with them. Come early as the gym gets busy around 9.30am onwards then you'll be limited to 30 minutes usage time each on some of the popular machines.
