Pulido's General Construction was referred to us by the fireplace store. They were neat, orderly and finished the work on time and under budget. We realize as a general contractor that several jobs are being worked on sequentially, and we were always kept informed of when the crew would be there to work. Our completed fireplace is beautiful and really is a focal point to the room. Thanks Fernando and crew!

We highly recommend Pulidos Construction. Our family enjoyed working with Fernando and his crew on our chimney safety, gas fireplace, and built-in book-shelf project. It was the kind of experience that prompts you to look around the house to see what else can be done to the same high standard and reasonable price. Fernando is also a solid problem solver: When something would inevitably come up at our 100-year-old Berkeley house, he would grow quiet for a bit, then devise a simple, right solution. This was a great home remodeling experience.
