Did not show for initial estimate appointment. Glad we did not commit tens of thousands of dollars much less trust our home to them.

Foster is personable, friendly, and readily available. I am currently remodeling my apartment, and his team at ECO Star Remodeling handled a couple of recent small jobs for me. They are competent and communicative, delivering well-done work. With a couple of additional projects in the pipeline, I have full confidence in hiring ECO Star Remodeling to handle the upcoming tasks.

Leaving a one star since I can't leave zero. I set up an appointment with these guys for 10-11 today, confirmed days ago, they call me again this morning to confirm once more and when I do confirm they tell me there is no guarantee that they can get someone out there by 11. I had taken time off work to meet with them and waiting at the property for nobody to show up. When they called me around 11, they told me "our meeting before you is going well, so we don't know what time we will be able to get to you." This is completely unprofessional, what does "it's going well" even mean or have to do with my already scheduled appointment? This isn't a dating gameshow. The girls that answered the phone were totally useless and unable to give me any helpful information. Skip these guys at all cost they were extremely unprofessional and will just give you a run around and waste your time.

The timely and budget-friendly completion of our fire wall, deck, and stair project was flawless, despite its modest footprint. Despite its size, the project demanded a high level of skill and coordination, which Foster executed with precision and without a hitch.
