Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Closed

I had rented here with no issues, but today get there with my reservation and they try to rent me a car with a damaged wheel, when I refuse the car they say please wait. I sit there for 2.5 hours watch them rent to walk-ins, every time I inquire about other cars on the lot they say they rented. I confronted the manager, and she tried to give me "corporate talking points", but no help In the 2 hr wait they rent the car they tried to give me, that customer came back an hour later with a flat tire, who would have though!! 2 other customers walked out. Then the manager tells me either take the car with multiple cracks across the windshield or nothing. Another customer who was waiting as he didn't want the rav4 they had for him, we agreed to "trade "cars and he'd take the broken windshield, the manger said "she's the branch manger and tells people what car they get". I drove off with the broken windshield. This rental was on a corporate account, we rent 2-6 vehicles a week! I understand being busy and how the rental car business works, but learning how to talk to customers or at least pretend that you are taking care of them goes a long way. I only give the 2 stars because I previously had no problems here and the workers seemed annoyed with the managers behavior.
