First Republic Bank

The whole team at FRB Montclair is fabulous but there's something about Mary ;-) I can't even tell you how much I love Mary Henning. My husband and I have worked with her for a few years. Between us we have three wild businesses that have their ups and downs but she always has our back in a way that I have never experienced in any banking relationship. She's knowledgable, patient, empathetic and reliable....always looking out for the best deals and options for us without it feeling sales-y -- and has never led us astray.  Highly recommend!

Was told to put on a mask while the man telling me had his on his chin not covering his face and another teller didn't have a mask on at all. So me putting a mask on had nothing to do with keeping anybody safe, it was a compliance demand. So this branches "customer service" strategy is to demand compliance for something that has been proven not to "help stop the spread" and they'll do it while not complying themselves. Pathetic.

Very impressive first look. We went and checked services with an appointment. We were seen by Camille by an appointment to go over their offers. She was professional, cordial, informative, and explained their offerings clearly. No matter what question we asked she knew the answer. Very cool. I am not used to these new non-traditional banks, but I'm glad I got to see it in person. We felt very comfortable, and opened a new account without fear. I am always impressed with those that came explain something in plain English. We felt very welcome there.
