        TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. DO NOT MOVE TO 1715 HIGH ST. PROPERTY IS FILTHY, STINKS, TRASH DOES NOT GET TAKEN OUT PROPERLY. NO SPACE, THE PICTURES ARE OLD. PROPERTY IS NOT UPDATED AND NOT WELL KEPT

        they are scammers !!! i gave them a 500$ holding deposit and i didnt get approved for the unit and they did not give me my money back, they stopped answering my calls. I am still trying to get my money back. Jonathan Fong is a scammer !!!

        An open house was scheduled from 6-8pm. I was waiting from 6 til 7 with no sign of any property person, plus the apartments seemed to be still under construction and blocked off. I tried calling the agent, who did not answer the phone but texted saying she was just down the road on her way, but she never turned up and left us all in the cold rain wasting our time. Check the Yelp reviews for Best Bay Apartments, they have continously treated customers terribly.
