I have had nothing but good experiences here. Management is friendly and it doesnt hurt to have helpful and supportive neighbors as well. I made the right move for this one. My only con might be the coin op laundry(if you dont regularly carry change), I will keep this post updated, but Ms. Monticelli keep up the great work!

I'm so happy I moved here! This place is perfect on so many levels. I seriously couldn't find anything better and I looked around for a while. The team managing the building is also awesome, taking great care of the place and always answering very rapidly to any question or request. I highly recommend.

I have worked for 325 Rowland Blvd for over 12 years now and have loved watching the evolution of the upgrades that have gone into these units. So much more then just a coat of paint; we have added solid surface counter tops, some have hardwood, upgraded blinds as well as nicely done bathrooms and kitchens!! You'll love these pet friendly homes with many amenities included in the rent; gas heat, water, trash, sewer and pet rent!!
