        I had a very very very bad experience. I made a reservation on Website, and they sent me a confirmation email.I went to the store and wait about 25mins. However, they said there is no car available. They made us wait for 25mins without no explanation. More than that, they didnt even apologize for us. Since they didnt offer any choice, so we needed to use Uber instead. I have no idea why they send me a confirmation email, and no idea why they didnt explain or apologize. I highly recommend not to use this rent-a-car shop.
