I had a great experience at Kids &Teens in Northridge. Front desk receptionist was extremely wonderful and nice. Back office male nurse was fast and super nice I must say the doctor was funny and made my kids feel super comfortable

I recently visited Kids and Teens at Northridge, for my infant, and very pleased with the service. The provider was Dr. PALAK SHELAT very lovely young lady. I didnt find anything negative to complain for, besides being treated respectfully and professionally. The front desk employees were great too. the Medical Assistant was great, and most importantly Dr. Palak Shelat pediatrician was great.
Honestly I am really surprised for so many negative reviews for this location. You dont always need to believe everything you read on the internet, it can be very false. It can be peoples unreasonable opinions. Be brave and give a chance .

I took my daughter to a different doctor yesterday who told me to buy some local honey to treat her allergies, we are currently using allergy medication. Needless to say she got worse, now running a fever and could hardly breathe so I brought her to this amazing office which immediately gave her a breathing treatment, took a throat culture and diagnosed walking pneumonia. Medication was ready at the pharmacy on our way home. Nursing staff is wonderful, kind, caring and fast. Will definitely be coming back to this office. Wonderful experience with a very sick kid. Plus a well kid and sick kid waiting room.
