It was the perfect experience! The office is easy to find, clean and nicely decorated. The staff is professional and friendly. My appointment was on time and the doctor is competent in every way. I wholehearted recommend this office!

The shoe inserts my son got from Dr. Fauria were fantastic but the office does not fret about being in breach of contract with insurance companies which, to me, means they have an ethical problem. My insurance told the office they would not cover the required inserts so I paid out of pocket for them because they were necessary to avoid pain. As a nice surprise, insurance did actually cover them! When it came time for the office to send back the full $400 I paid they would only send the amount insurance paid. There is no documentation that indicates my son agreed to and understood that if insurance covered this he would responsible for any balance. The Explanation of Benefits clearly states the provider cannot bill the patient the difference. This provider flatly refuses to adhere to that part of their contract with the insurance company so will only send a partial refund. Sadly, the only reason I'd tell people to steer clear of this office is financial. Not all of us have cash to spare. I pay for insurance and go to providers that are in network to avoid this type of problem. This is a case where the provider is not following their contract. Find another provider.
