Drove to their Indian Hills location that was closed with no notification on web site or sign. Multiple staff told me they didn’t think it was necessary to post closure on web site. While I was here, I met other people who had to drive to both locations due to no closure notification. From Indian Hills I drive all the way to this location only to find out they do not have flu tests due to management cost decision. They said if I want flu test I should have gone to the Emergency Room. Other urgent cares have flu tests. My doctor prescribed three medications since he wasn’t sure what I have he thought I should just take them all. I was very disappointed with this “medical care”

Honestly this is the greatest urgent care experience I've ever had. The Dr. and staff were so nice and treated me better than my PCP I wish I could switch to having them as my primary care. Very clean, very short wait time

They are very fast and efficient. The doctors are so nice and very polite.
