Except for some honest and diligent nurses - a horrible place to end up at if you are delivering. Was almost forced into a C-section - only to rip off the insurance. If you are not prepared to take a stance, they will do the whole stick on you - induction, pitocin, epidural, C-section - repeat. Hated every minute there. Felt alone and abused. The birth-plan is for the garbage bin. The personnel just ignored it where ever they could. Those people starve you to death during labor and post-partum. You have to beg for crackers and jam - otherwise nothing is available. Bring your own food, a midwife and a winter jacket if you dare to deliver here. It's very cold, temperature-wise and on a personal level. Home births are highly recommended if you ask me.

Worst customer service with regards to making an appointment. I had a scheduled appointment in September and it was canceled. The office rescheduled my appointment without speaking to me. I rescheduled that appointment because I did not make it. I had to cancel this appointment due to conflict at work. The office person told me they would not be able to reschedule because this is MY third cancellation. I was livid and explained this is my first cancellation and she said she had to ask her supervisor to reschedule my appointment. I decided not to go to this office and asked to speak to the manager but he never returned any of my calls.

What an actual joke. Please remove the word “Dignity” from any of your marketing literature. Brought an obviously mental health challenged friend here and was brushed away. The amount of help that was offered was ZERO! Do not ever go here. Do not ever bring your family here. Do not ever bring your friends here. Just drive right by, and wave as you go to a hospital that actually cares about its patients.
