        Surgical clinic masquerading as pain management. No X-ray, MRI, or other imaging needed. We can help you. Sign on the dotted line for expensive procedures and keep coming back for more. They didn't care about me or my pain. They only cared about me signing up for continuing "treatment". No thanks.

        My daughter treated here for bulging discs for two years and was given a lot of opiods and Fentanyl pain patch which ultimately killed her. They failed to give her the proper medical treatment at each office visit. Doctor was very defensive and terrible to deal with when she died.

        Dr. Kiumars Arfai is the rudest doctor I have ever met. And Im a paramedic, Ive worked with hundreds of physicians. His apathy and inability to communicate with patients is quite significant. I cancelled all future appointments at this facility and will seek pain management somewhere else.
