Terrible experience coming here, I found Ava to be very condescending and ageist. I ended up leaving without even purchasing what I wanted and will definitely be going to literally anywhere else for any future purchases.

My recommendation stay far from this shop and company in general, they sale fake or menzonites as diamonds and them testing mashine is adjusted as they need! My husband git Me anniversary gift this set earrings and ring in covid time for 2.700 dollars because they offer 50% off, later when my earing keep fallen off my ear I back to them to fix they took it for 2 weeks and return without even fix properly since till today the hook keep fell off, they don't care to fix when I went after them other big branded company they check also the stones and most 5 companies well known on market including Robbin Brothers where I have ring too,told me this mostly all Menzonite, so not Real diamonds, they never told me that, and when I back to the Mandy talk few times they keep acting fake and repeat same words it's diamonds, I say why would I say that after two years only by find out from other shops!!! Guys stay away, or bring your tester with you, till now they didn't solve my earing damage and no replace my set they sold to me as diamond set, but in reality it pure Menzonite. I have all video prove and photo, reciept of my set, this is very bad to cheat millions of customers and sale fake diamonds, or at list say to customers it's not natural diamonds but grow here in laboratory, artificial basically
