        I came in today to see if my rosary necklace could be repaired. Lorie, helped me out. She was very attentive and super nice. She answered all my questions and the cost of the repair was great. She was professional and had a great conversation about different jewelry amongst other things. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Lorie!

        Jackie and April were amazing!! I didn't know where I had purchased a chain for my Godson and needed the clasp fixed, after going to Zales and them not finding my sales history I tried Kay Jeweler's. These two ladies were great.. Jackie looked for my info and April asked if the clasp repair is all I needed, after saying yes. She grabbed the necklace and went into action. She repaired it and Jackie found my info, that Zales was the place I purchased at. If it wasn't for them I would of ended up paying for the repairs. Thank you ladies, you've made a new customer.
