If youre looking to get measurements done, I recommend going to this location or getting your items dry cleaned. They do a real good job and patient.

Given my busy schedule I often purchase all my clothing online. With this said I have purchased several suits from Nordstrom that needed alterations. I went to Zeppelin and the staff was extremely nice and offered fair prices. As you can imagine the suits totaled to a few thousand dollars so I was nervous to pick any place for alterations but I left the place with full confidence. Thank you!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Services: Laundry wash & fold, Ironing, Alterations

Worst service and lack of knowledge of fabrics. I brought back two of my designer coats with lots of damages after dry cleaning from here. I made sure if they can do dry clean on this coat since it has different type of fabric on its bottom and sleeves and she said it is okay. When I checked my coat few months later; I kept it unopened due to warm weather, I was in shock because First, they did not informed me that there were damages after cleaning. And second, the owner told me to pay for repair because it is not her fault.
She said she did not know this will happen.
Then why was she so confident when I ask if it would be okay?
The other coat has a spot which you can definitely see on the picture.
Until I spoke to the owner, I was try to be calm and pass it as long as she fixes it, which is adding another fabric at the bottom. I would be fine even though it wont be as same as original anymore.
I did not ask her to buy new coat or pay but repair but she refused.
She did not willing to fix her mistakes, apologies, nor admits what she did.
Do not trust her even if she says she can do it. You never know what will happen and she will not admit any of her mistakes. Avoid this place for your mental health.
And one more thing, she even said that I went to other cleaners and claiming it to them for others mistake. She will bring up all the stories she can think or make of to cover her fault. Service: Special care fabric cleaning
