Terrible customer service! The woman loses her temper easily and doesn't think twice about lecturing people with her righteous attitude. Do yourself a favor and take your clothes elsewhere. There are other dry cleaning services in the area that are actually thankful for their clients patronage, do a much better job, and are kind. Unfortunately, my clothes were destroyed I experienced racism and jealousy after I placed my vintage designer suits for dry cleaning with the lady of this dry cleaners. She resented the fact I could possess fine clothing as her daughter as we had conversations of what I do for a living (as she is friendly-right)and she had expressed her daughter was a corporate professional as well..I didn't think anything of it and proceeded to place my cream Zara's jacket for cleaning of which when I picked it up it was burned she told me she tried to get it out (get what out I asked) it was practically new and in pristine condition when I gave it to her and upon examination of my Kay Unger jacket she had cut one of my jewel buttons off and told me she didn't know where it was..if you are a person of color do not take your fine garments here everytime I would call to confirm pick up of my clothes they would change the date and even went as far as to offer to deliver to me if I paid for it. I'm sure she has my button until this day. I will never forget what she did to my clothes.
