Great collection of tile, and amazing customer service ! We found very beautiful collections of tile and mosaic for the living are floor and bathrooms! Defiantly recommended !

I have been here three times to find tiles. As all of us know, it's not easy to pick out tile that you want. The first two times Edward was friendly at first until I went in on February 7th 2023. He never greeted me. He constantly said you are not my only customer today, but he had no one in his showroom. He seemed very upset. This guy Edward just flipped and snapped on me like a demon went inside of him. Really I was ready to wrap it up and buy 1,500 sq ft tiles ready to go but my contractor had a few questions and he basically got even more angry.  He wasn't willing to help even when I said how big of a truck do I need to rent to haul away all of the tiles...  instead he got mad saying ask uhaul.  My contractor asked questions about the size of tile and it's accuracy in the box. Edward got mad saying "You don't trust me I don't want to sell you a tile." He basically kicked me out of the store. He was irritated with few professional questions. Edward proved to me at that moment that the tile he is selling me is a bad quality tiles. The fact that he wasn't happy that we asked few questions and told us why are you not trusting me I knew that moment these tiles are bad ones. A question to the owner of this place, why would I trust Edward? Why would anyone with right mind buy product from here? Who would throw money out the door about $10,000? Why is your customers not allowed to ask questions? What kind of tyrant mentality Is this? If you are hiring people like EDWARD you will soon have no business. Having a poor customer service and Poor quality tiles makes this place a zero star. So, to make a long story short Because of Edward this company lost my business. My suggestion to the owner make sure you supply your employees with mental health care. Make sure you give them enough training for them to be Patient with their customers.  This is not some sort of dress or suite I'm buying it's long lasting tiles that once placed will always be remembered. My experience as a consumer if you walk in that store & ask questions they might not like it. If you ask them few professional question they might say what is the matter you don't trust me? when they say you don't trust me is when you have to run away.My Final Thoughts: I think this was a disgusting interaction and no thanks to this company that hired Edward I decided to go with another company and not get the tile I wanted. Thanks for ruining it for me, but in return I am writing this yelp review to return the favor. I Rate this place a 2 thumbs down for making me not buy what I wanted and the horrible customer service.
