I have been dealing with the owner of this company for over a month, it was like pulling teeth. Andy was SO unprofessional and dodgy to deal with. The only reason I persisted was because he came highly recommended. After chasing him for well over three weeks, he finally bothered to send me a ridiculously overpriced invoice. He promised many times to do the work within two weeks. I called his assistant Belinda to pay, and was told I would be lucky if the work was completed within a month. The worst customer service I've ever experienced! Stay away, if this company is this bad without even doing any work, can you imagine taking a chance with how his countertop work would turn out? This was a very expensive purchase and no way would I risk it after dealing with him.
