        Waited less than 10 minutes. Employee who helped me figure it out a two month long problem. Technical support and another store couldn't figure out why my phone wasn't it working properly.

        We had a very complicated issue with a Pre paid phone and eSIMs , and they were very diligent in helping us sort it out. The staff were excellent to work with and worked very hard to fix our problem.

        They gave wrong plan and now they hang up everytime I try to call them.. Nice job guys... Instead of fixing the mistake you made these just hang up every time I try to speak with someone
