Over ten years I have come to regard NoHo Toyota as perhaps the worst Toyota dealership in So Cal. After going to them on 7/22 am as they are closer to me, and receiving useless help I went to Keyes Toyota Van Nuys who have been terrific since 2010, through three Toyota vehicles. 4/3/24. I went in for an oil change. They couldnt even get that right. They didnt even change my oil. They just checked a light that was on and told me what was wrong with the light. I could care less about the light. I need my oil changed. Going to Northridge Toyota instead. Hopefully they can figure out how to change my oil.

Last Thursday I leased a car at Toyota NoHo, and I highly recommend, in all honesty the first time I been there was a little over a year now and the sales person by the time didn't leave a great impression and since by the time they didn't have in stock the car I wanted I ended up buying somewhere else, however in the beginning of the year I had a nearly fatal car accident that totaled my car and now that I recovered enough to go back working it was time for car shopping again, I love toyotas, they are spartan compared to other cars full of gimmicks and stuff, but you can't beat the reliability, resale value and safety features for the price they go! This time I got an amazing sales person that made the whole difference! Her name is Marlene, super attentive and even after the sale she checked back on me and all, she and her manager and the financial person (one of the I forgot the name and the other was Sergio) did the whole difference on the experience this time. They were super transparent and direct with my options, they didn't try to upsell stuff knowing my conditions and all, and even worked a sweet deal where we got into a sweet spot between what I wished for and what I could afford! They were amazing! And I recommend anyone to go and look for Marlene 'cause they turned a previous less than ideal experience into a distant memory now. P.S.: She even took this pic and texted me.

This place was truly amazing! After a long and disappointing mission to find a vehicle, I came here and they made it such a breeze to find the one. Ceasar was great! He made the whole process a great experience and did not pressure me in any way to buy the vehicle. With that attitude, I wanted to give them business. Everyone was so welcoming and genuinely wanted to help me. Thank you for making this experience so smooth!
