Went in to check out new Camry lease deal and of course, none of the cars listed on the website were actually in stock. Older salesman with orange beard immediately tried to upsell, and we were told that the website lease specials were not available. After declining to give my phone number as to not get harassed by dealership calling me every 5 seconds, he basically told us to leave and shook his head in annoyance. How is it that my experiences at Porsche, Honda, and BMW were extremely professional but Toyota couldnt hold a sense of professionalism for even 10 minutes.

I purchased a used 2014 Toyota Highlander from north Hollywood pre-owned dealer. The salesperson was friendly and helpful, but during the checkout process, I noticed the transmission looked oily. The salesperson assured me it was just from the car wash. Unfortunately, after driving the car home, I discovered the transmission was leaking oil again just days later. The transmission began malfunctioning, and when I checked the fluid level, it was significantly low. Before getting any repairs done, I contacted the dealership multiple times by phone and message, but they were unresponsive and offered no assistance. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this experience. While the salesperson was friendly, the dealership failed to disclose a significant issue with the vehicle and then provided no support when I reached out for help.

Horrible customer service, Willy was the guy that helped me. I was there today at 8:30 am because I have a warranty for my tires, I had one that I patched and another one that had a nail in it. First, he told me they did not have tires in stock, and that if I drove my car like that for a week it was okay to drive it for a couple more days like that. To order the tires and bring back the car. I asked him to put any tires on my car that I didnt feel safe driving like that and he asked me to wait, that he needed it to go check. After a couple of minutes he came back that he was going to order my tires from another dealer and it was going to be ready by 3:00 pm I told them it was ok. When I go pick up my car the lady was on her phone she asked for my name with an unpleasant tone and just handed me the paper didnt say a word to me and went back to check her phone. Did not explain anything, and to my surprise, they only changed one tire. I just dont have words to describe how bad they make you feel. Im not going back that is a fact.
