      image This is a special shoutout for Sam - one of the members of the maintenance team.
      Since the day we moved in, Sam has always gone above and beyond. He is professional, efficient and always has a great attitude.
      It doesnt matter what needs to be fixed or replaced - Sam is on it.
      He even follows up after the repair has been made. Sam is definitely one of the reasons that we continue to call Academy Village our home
