Property is under new management now and things have greatly improved. New management is professional, friendly, very helpful, and doing a great job making sure the premises is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend living here.

The management and owner are eager to move you in. You will soon to find a list of property issues they will try to brush off.
In summary:
- faulty building construction with water leaks
- loud construction noise without any given notice
- faulty power connection
- faulty elevator. Several of us have been stuck in it.
- faulty plumbing
- unsafe parking garage, several cars were broken into. They will not cooperate and share security footage
- unresponsiveness via email
- interior mold
- warped apartment door + cabinets from water damage. Our front door gets jammed.
They will sell to you that it is a luxury penthouse. It is not.
