My experience with this apartment complex was incredibly disappointing. I had scheduled a tour of a unit I was genuinely interested in and was asked to provide a security deposit to hold it. Upon arriving, I was met with an empty office. Despite waiting patiently for over an hour, no one showed up, and attempts to reach them via phone were futile. The lack of professionalism and management was painfully evident. Following this frustrating ordeal, I opted against living there and requested a refund of my deposit. Initially met with refusal, they eventually returned my money after I reminded them of the laws. Avoid this place at all costs it's a testament to poor management and customer service.

Jack is awesome! He is very responsive and makes you feel like he actually cares about you and your stay at Oxnard Plaza. I like how he corresponds with us via email and text to ensure the message is received. He also follows up to make sure the problem has been fixed.
