I don't know if this is only my unit's problem, but we requested 3 pest repellents but it's still full of cockroaches. It's dreadful and I'm so stressed about this.

Ive been living here for 4 months and have really enjoyed it so far! The apartments are spacious and comfortable and the management team has been extremely communicative and responsive any time Ive needed to speak with them or brought an issue to their attention. Regarding maintenance issues, Sergio is doing SUCH a stellar job. He is quick and efficient and such a nice guy too. I run into him occasionally and he always says hello and asks if I need anything. So far so good!

Even though I did not end up renting at NoHo 14, I absolutely loved the property, the apartments, the amenities, and of course Keira. She was very helpful, always friendly and responsive, scheduled a number of appointments as I wanted to check out the various available units, and was honest and up front about everything. I do hope to live at this place one day as it's one of my of my favorite buildings in the 818 and Keira is awesome.
