HERS RATERS, LLC. Duct Testing & Air Balancing

Made a call, informed Brittany what i needed to be done (CalCerts certification), she said they could do it. Technician showed up, also reviewed Title 24 report, noticed it was stamped as Calcerts, and said they could do job. He inspected insulation and i paid them. At end of project, they inspected Mini split and i paid them. They sent me certification but under CHEERS, i requested that she send CalCerts certification and she said they dont do or work with CalCerts for X reasons. LA County and my inspector said i had to provide CalCerts certification or resubmit plans/T24 for resubmital and re-review which would have cost me $$ for review and who knows how long. I had to hire a CalCerts HERS rater and pay an additional fee. In short, they took my $500-$600 Knowing from the get go that i needed CalCerts certification and they only do CHEERS. This is bad business. They should have just "We only do CHEERs" and let me decide what i want to do.

Daniel was awesome, he was on time, performed the Hers tests promptly, answered my questions (he really knows his stuff), and even cleaned everything up.  Highly recommend Hers Raters!!!

Hers ratings was fast and did a great job communicating from the office staff to the guys performing the inspections. I got my reports and approvals the next day!

We needed to have a Title 24 field inspection completed for our ADU project and Hers Raters came out on time and completed the Title 24 paper work within 24 hours. Excellent service and took the stress out of it

HERS Raters did a great job on a T24 report for a reasonable price.
