        I want to again compliment Circulating Air for outstanding work and customer service! This past week, it felt cool in our house and I realized our heating was not working. It was late in the afternoon and Leticia in Service made sure that Sal came to our house ASAP. As previously, Sal was very capable and immediately figured out that a part on our furnace was not working and he put in an order for that part. Early the next day, Susie in Service ordered the part and moved Sal's schedule around so he could fix our furnace that day. Sal was very capable and friendly, quickly installed the part, got the furnace working, & adjusted the settings, and while he was here, he did the Winter Maintenance and fixed another issue. Again, Circulating Air was truly a lifesaver because of the cold weather.
